SYRACUSE, NY – The annual Highbank Holdup Weekend at the Fulton Speedway is ready to wave the green flag with the 35^th Anniversary Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints (ESS) kicking off the festivities on Friday, Apr. 27^th.  The A-Main will pay $2,000 to win with $275 to take the green.

Defending ESS champion Jason Barney started his title defense on the right foot with his victory at the Outlaw Speedway last Saturday. He won over Matt Tanner, Dylan Westbrook, Jonathan Preston and Billy VanInwegen. The 25 lap A-Main went non-stop from green to checkered.

The top five from last week are expected to be on hand as well as Matt Billings, Coleman Gulick, Paulie Colagiovanni, Brett Wright and Chad Miller rounding out the top ten in points. Parker Evans, Paul Kinney, Dalton Herrick, Dave Axton, Denny Peebles, Shawn Donath and Tim Schneider Jr. to be in the field as well.

Looking to make their 2018 ESS debuts are Mike Mahaney, Danny Varin, Larry Wight, Sam Reakes IV, Alex Vigneault, Kelly Hebing, Josh Flint, Pete Richardson and many more!

E3 Spark Plugs Timed Hot Laps kicks off the night followed by the Car Mate Trailers Heats, the Cobra Coaches Dash and Lacaillade Masonry B-Main all leading up to the $2,000 to win A-Main.

Along with the ESS winged machines, fans on Friday will also see the Super DIRTcar Sportsman Series on Friday with the Big Block Series headlining Saturday’s events.
